三明治护理模式的临床应用

摘　　要：目的改进传统责任制护理模式,实行"三明治"式分层全责任护理,持续性改进护理质量,提高护理效率。方法建立分层全责护理模式,即以护士长领导下的护理组长-护士-辅助护士(三明治模式)的层级管理梯队。结果分层全责护理模式可以提高护理质量、患者满意度、护士工作满意度,更充分发挥护士内在潜力,为患者提供连续、整体、优质的护理服务。结论三明治护理模式顺应了现代护理模式的发展,值得推广应用。Objective To improve traditional nursing care model, the ＂Sandwich＂ hierarchically responsible nursing care model has been carried out into clinical practice to achieve continuous improvement of care quality and raise nursing efficiency. Methods It was established hierarchically responsible nursing care model and hierarchical management structure of nurses, that a echelon under the leadership of supervisor consisting of group leader - nurse - auxiliary nurse （Sandwich Mode）, the level of management echelon. Results The nursing quality and satisfy of both patients and nurses were improved obviously. The potential abilities of the nurses had been brought into play to provide continuous, holistic, qualitative care to patients. Conclusion Sandwich model conforms to be the development of modem nursing, and should be widely applied.
