摘　　要：护理科研工作是护理工作的重要组成部分,是推动护理学发展的重要力量,本文根据基层医院的实际情况,分别从建立健全护理科研管理制度、提高科研人员素质、科研奖励机制、加强护理科研档案管理四个方面分析了护理科研管理并提出相应的对策,旨在研究对护理科研管理的有效手段,推动护理科研的快速发展,提高护理质量。Nursing research is an important part of nursing work,an important force to promote the development of nursing science,this study according to the actual situation of primary hospital,respectively,from the establishment of Chien-chuan,nursing research management system;improve the quality scientific research personnel;research incentive mechanism;strengthen nursing research in four areas of records management nursing research management and put forward countermeasures to study effective means of management of nursing research to promote the rapid development of nursing research to improve quality of care.
