摘　　要：目的了解重庆市主城区参与男男性接触人群（MSM）艾滋病行为干预工作的社会组织现况,为进一步做好MSM人群干预工作提供建议。方法采用普查的方法,调查重庆市主城区7个参与MSM干预活动的社会组织在2005~2009年间参与MSM人群干预工作的相关情况。利用定性访谈方法对此7个社会组织的主要负责人和疾病预防控制中心负责社会组织的工作人员进行调查。结果此7个社会组织多数成立时间为2~4年,均未进行注册,缺少专职工作人员,兼职人员在7人左右,主要通过酒吧、浴池和网络途径开展干预工作。2005~2009年间支持这些组织开展干预活动的经费从1万元增加到92.5万元,开展干预活动完成的指标数据显著上升。组织间存在着互相合作和竞争的关系。结论目前此类社会组织在重庆市主城区的MSM人群干预工作中发挥着重要的作用,但组织自身和互相之间仍然存在不足,需进一步加强引导和协调。Objective To know the status of non-govermental organization（NGOs） involved in the HIV prevention among men who have sex with men（MSM） in the urban areas of Chongqing City,and to provide suggestions for improving the HIV prevention among MSM.Methods Qualitative interviews were conducted among the leaders of all 7 NGOs involved in the HIV prevention among MSM and the program officers in CDC to learn the related information about the NGOs between 2005 and 2009.Results Most of the NGOs had founded 2-4 years ago.All of them had not registered yet,and had little full-time staff.Most of the NGOs had around 7 part-time workers.Most of the intervention activities among MSM were conducted in bar,public bathhouse and by the Internet.Between 2005 and 2009,the fund supporting for NGOs increased from 10 000 RMB to 925 000 RMB,and the numbers of the related intervention indexes also increased significantly.Conclusion NGOs play an important role in the intervention among MSM in the urban area of Chongqing City.And more help and coordination should be in place based on the weaknesses of NGOs themselves and their mutual relationships.
