摘  要:目的评价我国重点人群重点传染病预防素养调查问卷的信度和效度。方法采用随机抽样方法抽取北京市流动人口150人、湖北省中小学生120人、内蒙古牧区居民110人、湖北省洪涝灾害易发地区居民120人和宁夏贫困地区居民110人,进行两次重点传染病预防素养问卷调查,并对问卷进行信度、效度评价。结果 5类人群调查问卷的Cronbach’sα系数均大于0.8,具有良好的内部一致性。各问卷的重测信度Spearman相关系数均大于0.6,各指标P值均小于0.01。结构效度因子分析显示提取公因子累计贡献率均大于50%,结构效度较为理想。结论本问卷的信度、效度良好,可用于重点人群重点传染病预防素养的调查。Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of the health literacy questionnaire for priority infectious diseases prevention among priority populations in China.Methods 150 urban floating population from Beijing City,120 primary and secondary students from Hubei Province,110 residents of pastoral areas from Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,120 residents of flood prone areas from Hubei Province and 110 residents of poor areas from Ningxia Autonomous Region were selected by random sampling and were surveyed twice,and then the reliability and validity of questionnaires were evaluated.Results All Cronbach's α coefficients from 5 kinds of population surveys were more than 0.8 and the internal consistency of questionnaires was high.Test-retest reliability spearman coefficients from 5 kinds of population surveys were more than 0.6(P0.01).The factor analysis of structure validity showed that all cumulative contribution rates of extracted common factors were more than 50% and the structure validity of questionnaires was high.Conclusion The questionnaires had good reliability and validity.The questionnaires should be applied in the health literacy investigation of priority infectious diseases prevention among priority populations in China.
