骨髓细胞学检查在贫血诊断中的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨贫血的骨髓细胞学临床诊断价值。方法回顾性分析200例贫血患者的骨髓细胞学检查临床资料。结果确诊181例,占90.5%。发病最为常见的主要为缺铁性贫血,急性白血病,再生障碍性贫血和骨髓增生异常综合征。结论虽然骨髓细胞学检测存在一定的局限性,但其对于判断贫血和贫血类型还是有积极意义的。Objective To explore the clinical diagnostic value of bone marrow cytology in anemia.Methods The data of bone marrow examination of 500 cases of anemia patients were retrospective analyzed.Results 453 cases were diagnosed （90.6%）,the most common disease type was IDA,AL,AA and MDS.Conclusion Though bone marrow cytology has limits in some degree,it is meaningful for diagnose of anemia and anemia type.
