妊娠期糖尿病患者血小板参数的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者的血小板参数的变化。方法回顾性分析2009年1月～2010年8月住院的GDM患者72例患者血小板参数,并选取同期正常妊娠妇女70例作为对照组。结果①妊娠糖尿病患者年龄明显高于正常妊娠妇女(P<0.01);②GDM组的血小板计数(PLT)与对照组相比明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);GDM组的血小板平均体积(MPV)和血小板体积分布宽度(PDW)与对照组相比明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论妊娠期糖尿病患者存在血小板活性增强,对妊娠糖尿病患者行血小板参数检测可能为GDM治疗提供新的治疗靶点。Objective To compare the change of platelet parameters in gestational diabetes and healthy pregnancies.Methods Seventy healthy pregnancies and 72 pregnancies with gestational diabetes Between January 2009 and August 2010were studied at zhengzhou central hospital.Results Age and the babies average birth weight of gestational diabetes mellitus were significantly higher than that of healthy pregnancies;women with gestational diabetes mellitus had lower platelet counts（PLT） and higher mean platelet volume （MPV） platelet distribution width PDW values which were statistically different（P0.05 and P0.01） respectively.Conclusion There is enhanced platelet activity in gestational diabetes mellitus.Detect the platelet parameters may provide new therapeutic targets for GDM.
