心外科患者留置针两种肝素液封管效果对比

摘　　要：目的比较心脏血管外科患者患者外周静脉留置针2种肝素钠封管液的封管效果,在尽量不增加心脏负担的情况下选择有效的封管液封管。方法选择在心脏血管外科住院使用静脉留置针的患者60例,根据床位号随机分为对照组和观察组,每组均30例。分别用浓度为62.5U/mL的肝素钠稀释液5mL和浓度为50U/mL的肝素钠稀释液3mL进行留置针封管。对比封管效果。结果用浓度为62.5U/mL的肝素钠稀释液5mL和浓度为50U/mL的肝素钠稀释液3mL进行留置针封管,封管效果和留置天数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针对心脏血管外科患者患者的病情,留置针封管用少剂量低浓度肝素钠稀释液较好,既减轻心脏负担、节约时间,又不会影响凝血功能。Objective To compare the effects of different heparin sodium solution uesed to seal up the tube of intravenous indwelling needle for cardio vascular surgery patients and choose the more effctive heparin solution without any harm to the heart.Methods 60 patients were selected in our hospital with intravenous catheter;randomLy divide them into two groups according to bed numbers.Group 1 was treated with 5mL heparin of 62.5U/mL and group 2 with 3mL of 50U/mL.The effect were compared.Results There were no significant differences between group 1 and group 2 （P0.05）.Conclusion We can treat diffierent patients with different heparins in the department of cardio vascular surgery.Using less heparin sodium is effective and has no harm to the heart.
