摘　　要：三七总皂苷是中药三七的主要成分,在心脑血管系统、中枢神经系统、血液系统、免疫系统以及抗纤维化、抗衰老等方面具有广泛作用。近年来,随着国内外学者对其研究的不断深入,发现三七总皂苷具有多靶点抗肿瘤作用,并对正常组织细胞毒性低,可通过直接杀伤肿瘤细胞、抑制肿瘤细胞生长或转移、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡和分化、逆转肿瘤多药耐药、增强和刺激机体免疫功能等多种方式发挥抗肿瘤作用。Panax notoginseng saponinsis（PNS） is the main component of Panax notoginseng Chinese medicine and has a wide range of activities in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular system,central nervous system,hematopoietic system,immune system,anti-fibrosis,and anti-ageing.In recent years,extensive studies show that PNS has a multi-target anti-tumor activity and low toxicity on normal cells.PNS directly kills tumor cells,inhibits tumor cell growth or metastasis,induces tumor cell apoptosis and differentiation,reverses multidrug resistance,and enhances and stimulates immunity.
