30例肾功能稳定期移植肾动静脉通过时间的初步研究

摘　　要：目的探讨肾功能稳定期移植肾动静脉通过时间(AVTT)在评价移植肾脏器功能中的价值。方法用美国GE公司Logiq9超声诊断仪,Sonoliver分析软件对于肾功能稳定期移植肾患者30例进行超声造影。结果肾功能稳定期移植肾动脉平均到达时间(9.82±2.48)s,静脉平均到达时间(12.00±2.56)s,动静脉平均通过时间(2.18±0.42)s。结论移植肾动静脉通过时间参数是评价移植肾脏器功能的一项有用的指标。Objective To assess the application value of arteriovenous transit time in transplanted kidney patients with renal function stable phase.Methods Contrast-enhanced ultrasound was conducted in 30 transplanted kidney patients with renal function stable phase,through Logiq9 ultrasonic diagnosis apparatus and sonoliver analysis software.Results In renal function stable phase of transplanted kidney,the mean arrive time of artery and vein was（9.82±2.48）seconds and（12.00±2.56）seconds respectively,the mean arteriovenous transit time was（2.18±0.42）seconds.Conclusion Arteriovenous transit time might be a useful indicator for assessment of transplanted kidney function.
