摘　　要：随着竞争激烈,信息化建设对民营企业发展的作用愈加重要。它可以提高民企的管理水平,增强企业核心竞争力等。本文明确了信息化建设对民营企业发展的重要性,在我国民营企业信息化建设现状的基础上,指出了民营企业信息化建设的问题所在,并提出了相应对策。With the fierce competition,information technology becomes more important in the development of private enterprises.It can improve the management of private enterprises,enhance their core competitiveness and so on.This article defined information technology on the importance of development of private enterprises,then analyzed private enterprises in the information construction in China based on the current situation,pointed out that the private enterprise information construction problems and the strategy.
