摘　　要：为了给读者提供最佳服务,必须搞好图书馆现代化管理,而图书馆现代化管理的成功运行,就必须不断丰富电子馆藏,打好现代化信息的物质基础;切实搞好网络传输,扩大现代化信息资源的流通渠道;着力抓好馆员现代化知识水平的提高,抓住现代化管理的关键,从而推进图书馆现代化进程,提高图书馆工作水准和知名度。In order to approach the topmost level of library service,it is of undoubted necessity to achieve the modernization of the library management.The success of such modernization is incumbent on following aspects：the enrichment of electronic resources,the fortification of the hardware for information management,emphasizing on the quality of Internet transmission as well as the amplification of the modern technological information access.On the other hand,it is of formidable significance for librarians to update knowledge level and to master the key issues in modern library management for the purpose of accelerating the process of modernization of library management,elevating the service standard,and enhancing the reputation of our library.
