国内外高校图书馆学科馆员服务现状之比较

摘　　要：本文介绍了国内外多所高校图书馆中学科馆员服务的现状,认为国外高校图书馆的学科馆员制度发展已趋完善和成熟,而国内高校的学科化服务各有特色,侧重点不同。另外,文章还对国内高校学科服务制度发展的不足之处进行了分析,认为学科馆员的选拔、学科馆员与读者间的互动不足及对学科服务工作的奖惩制度不完善是阻碍国内高校学科服务发展的主要原因,同时提出相应的解决措施。The subject librarian service in a few universities at home and abroad was introduced.The subject librarian service in foreign universities was well-organized,while the condition was different in China.In addition,the shortages of subject services in domestic universities were analyzed.Hard to choose an excellent subject librarian,bad communication between librarians and readers,defective rewards and punishment system was responsible for bad subject services.The solutions were also suggested.
