摘 要:为明确在钻井作业中影响羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)水溶胶粘度的因素,给现场应用提供一定的技术指导。考察了溶胀时间、温度、剪切速率、Na2CO3加入量与加入顺序对CMC水溶胶粘度的影响。结果表明,CMC水溶胶液的最佳溶胀时间为120 min;在30~90℃范围内,CMC水溶胶液的粘度随温度升高而减小,温度降低之后粘度可恢复97%以上,且粘度的对数与温度的倒数之间呈线性关系,粘流活化能为12.95 kJ/mol;高速剪切对粘度影响较大,当剪切速率为12 000 r/min时,粘度只可恢复65%左右;Na2CO3的加入量和加入顺序都会影响CMC水溶胶液的粘度,向CMC水溶胶中加入Na2CO3比向Na2CO3中加入CMC对粘度的影响小。The factors that affect the viscosity of CMC in drilling operation and provide technical guidance for fields were cleared.The factors,such as swelling time,temperature,shear rate,dosage of Na2CO3 and its adding sequence were studied.Experiment results showed that the best swelling time was 120 min;in the range of 30~ 90 ℃,with the temperature increasing,the viscosity of CMC hydrosol decreased,this kind of viscosity change can recover 97% with the temperature down.Furthermore,the linear relationship was presented between the logarithm of viscosity and the reciprocal of temperature.High-speed shearing was greatly impact on viscosity,when the shearing rate reached 12 000 r/min,viscosity can only recover 65%and dosage of Na2CO3 and its adding sequence all can cause the viscosity of CMC decreases.However,the influence that adding the Na2CO3 to CMC hydrosol was smaller than adding the CMC to Na2CO3 on the viscosity of CMC hydrosol.
