摘　　要：吉林财富广场工程属于超限高层复杂结构,本文分析了该工程结构体系设计的关键问题,基于现行规范确定了该工程合理的结构体系。针对工程的超限类型,提出了相应的结构技术措施。根据抗震设计要求,明确了该工程抗震性态设计指标,并进行了结构的整体计算。计算结果表明,通过合理的结构体系和构造措施的采用,该工程能够满足现行规范要求。The project of Jilin fortune plaza is a high-rise complex structure.This paper analyzes the key issues of the engineering design for the structural system.Based on the current codes,the reasonable structural system is determined.Considering the overrun type of the project,corresponding technical measures of this project are proposed.According to seismic design requirements,the design indexes for the seismic design of this project are defined,and the calculation of the structure is carried out.The results show that based on the adoption of the reasonable structural system and the technical measures,this project can meet the requirements of current codes.
