摘　　要：从20世纪80年代以来,受经济全球化、发达国家放松航空管制以及向后工业化转变等一系列因素影响,世界民航业呈现出一些值得关注的态势和趋势。面对世界民航业的这些深刻变革,中国民航业必须及时加以总结思考,并采取更为积极的策略,不断提升自身实力,早日实现由民航大国向民航强国的跨越。From the 1980s,some notable situation and trends are presented in the world＇s civil aviation because of the influence of economic globalization,deregulation of air-traffic control by developed countries and transition to post-industrialization.In the face of these profound changes,Chinese civil aviation must summarize and reflect without delay,take positive measures and improve our own strength continuously,so as to realize the dream from a big country of civil aviation to a powerful one at an early date.
