摘　　要：在不确定性的市场环境中,创新作为企业的灵魂和生命,是在市场竞争中立足的根本保证。错综复杂的经济形势下,在充满不确定性的市场,企业时刻要面对风险,这对企业创新机制的形成与建构,要求更高。文章在前期调研的基础上,借助演化经济学的理论内容,从不确定性的相关内容出发,认为企业应基于全球价值链分工,完善企业创新机制,建立创新网络,积极探索管理方式上的创新。In the market with uncertainty,innovation is the core and the base of the enterprise.Due to the high risk,a firm innovation system is well required for the enterprise to deal with the uncertainty in the market.This paper,based on the analysis of investigation,combined with the theory of evolutionary economics,from the content of market uncertainty,considers that to establish a system of innovation in the enterprises should from the aspects of building mechanism,effective internal network and management mode,etc,on the basis of division of global value chain.
