海南省土地开发整理工程类型区划分研究

摘　　要：土地开发整理工程类型区划分有助于解决不同区域土地开发整理中存在的问题,加强项目管理,提高项目工程质量。以海南省为例,综合分析影响土地开发整理的区域分异因素,以乡镇为单元,采用图形叠置法和聚类分析法,并综合经验判断,确定海南省土地开发整理工程类型区。研究表明:(1)海南省土地开发整理存在较大的区域分异性,有必要进行土地开发整理类型区划分;(2)海南省土地开发整理可划分为滨海平原类型区、河谷平原类型区和环山丘陵类型区与南部山地类型区4个一级类型区;滨海平原旱涝治理工程类型区、台地治石工程类型区、低丘干旱治理工程类型区、山间阶地治理工程类型区以及河谷平原治涝工程类型区5个二级类型区。The classification of engineering type zone of the land consolidation can help resolve the problems in land consolidation,strengthen project management and improve the quality of the projects.Taking Hainan Province for Example,this paper analyzed the relative factors influencing the land consolidation using Town as an analysis unit,and tried to define the land consolidation zoning of Hainan Province by the method of graphics overlay,cluster analysis and experience judgment.The results indicated that：（1） There is a comparatively large region differentiation in the land consolidation in Hainan Province,and it is necessary to divide the land consolidation into the different zones;（2） The land consolidation in Hainan Province may be classified into four kinds of first-class type zones and five kinds of second-class engineering type zones.The first-class type zones include Coastal plain type zone,Valley plain type zone,Hills type zone and South Mountain type zone.The second-class engineering type zones include Coastal plain engineering type zone controlling the drought and water logging,Platform engineering type zone regulating stones,Hilly engineering type zone preventing the drought,Mountain engineering type zone regulating terrace,Valley plain engineering types zone re-mediating the water logging.
