摘 要:微差爆破的盲炮有时难于识别,但爆破荷载往往会使振动信号产生能量突变,基于此,提出了一种利用信号的能量突变来识别盲炮的新方法。该方法通过实时分析现场所监测到的爆破振动信号,得出主频带内能量密度随时间变化的特征图,其中的能量密度突峰时刻就是微差爆破各段雷管的实际起爆时刻,通过与设计的微差爆破各段雷管的延期时间对比,能很快判断出已爆与未爆雷管段别,从而确定出微差爆破中是否存在盲炮以及盲炮的大体位置。该方法已在现场得到成功运用。Misfire in millisecond blasting is usually difficult to be identified for some reasons.But the blasting load will make the signals jump at the very time when it takes place.Based on this,a new method to identify the misfire is put forward by using the abrupt change of signal energy prominently.By timely analyzing the blast seismic signals monitored in field,the energy distribution of signal varying with time and frequency can be obtained with this method.The moment of peak value of energy density in the graphic is just the real blasting moment of short-delay detonators.Through contrasting the moment with the designed delay time of detonators in millisecond blasting,the exploded or unexploded detonator can be judged quickly,thus the failed hole in millisecond blasting and the position of unexploded charges can be identified.A successful application of this method has been made on site now.
