摘  要:研究了柱锥连接处适度扩径对水力旋流器性能的影响。在其它条件相同的条件下,对扩径后锥角为20°和30°水力旋流器的分级效率、分级精度、处理能力、分流比和浓缩性能等进行了对比试验。试验结果表明,相对于普通水力旋流器,柱锥连接处适度扩径的水力旋流器分级效率总体上提高了,但浓缩效果变差,处理能力减小,而且随着扩径幅度的增加而减小;分流比随扩径幅度增大而增大。所得研究成果对选择旋流器结构参数以满足不同条件要求具有指导意义。The performance of hydrocyclone with expanded cone diameter between cylinder and cone was investigated.Classification efficiency,classification precision,handling capacity,underflow/overflow ratio and thickening performance of hydrocyclones with a cone angle of 20° and 30° were investigated.The results show that,compared with normal hydrocyclones,classification efficiency of those with moderately expanded cone diameter can be improved,while a worsening of the thickening performance and a decline of the handling capacity can be observed,and,with the increase of the range of expanding cone diameter,the aforenoticed tendency can be intensified,while,the underflow/overflow ratio increased on the contrary.Results obtained in this study may be used for reference in selecting suitable configuration parameter of hydrocyclone to meet different conditions.
