摘 要:针对CT80级连续油管在川东气田井下作业过程中的腐蚀情况,采用XRD、激光显微镜、离子色谱仪等分析了管体表面的腐蚀产物、微观组织、硬度和腐蚀介质,研究了连续油管在含有Cl-和SO42-等弱碱性水溶液中高温、高压环境下的腐蚀失效情况。结果表明,在川东气田井下水溶液中Cl-与S2-离子对连续油管的腐蚀起主要作用;连续油管的管体硬度越高,腐蚀敏感性越高;连续油管在作业过程中反复塑性变形所形成的拉伸面和压缩面是腐蚀发生的最严重区域。According to the CT80 coiled tubing corrosion situation occurred in down-hole operation at East Sichuan Gas Field,the corrosion product on pipe surface,microstructure,hardness and corrosive media were analyzed by using XRD,laser microscope and ion chromatography,and the corrosion failure of coiled tubing in the weak alkaline solution contained Cl-and SO2-4 under high pressure and temperature was studied.The results showed that Cl-and S2-play a major role on the coiled tubing corrosion in the solution of East Sichuan Gas Field;the higher the hardness of coiled tubing,the higher the corrosion sensitivity.The extruded surface and compression surface are the most serious areas of corrosion which are caused by the repeated plastic deformation in operation process of coiled tubing.
