摘 要:通过检测铅锌矿样品中锌的含量,对测定结果的不确定度的来源进行分析和对不确定度的分量进行评定。结果表明,本法测量不确定度的最主要来源为标定EDTA标准溶液浓度和重复性测量样品这两项引入的不确定度分量。所以在实际的分析过程中,可根据实际情况,采取相应措施,规范操作,提高检测分析人员的技术水平,从而保证测量结果的准确、可靠。当测试样品中锌含量为17.11%时,其扩展不确定度为0.10%(包含因子k=2)。By determining the content of zinc in lead-zinc ore,the uncertainty sources of the measured results were analyzed,and the uncertainty components were evaluated.The results showed that the main uncertainties in this determination were introduced by the concentration calibration of EDTA standard solution and repeatability of measurements.Therefore,in practical analysis process,corresponding measures could be performed according to the actual situation,including standardizing operation and improving the technological capability of analysts,to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the measured results.When the content of zinc in testing sample was 17.11 %,the expanded uncertainty was 0.10 %(coverage factor k=2).
