盾构机掘进中解卡措施研究

摘　　要：盾构机在掘进的过程中,由于地层突变等原因易造成盾构机"卡壳",使得盾构机陷入进退两难的困境。文章以西气东输二线长江盾构工程为例,就盾构机"卡壳"的原因进行了详细的分析,并提出增加盾构机的总推力,同时调整掘进参数等盾构机解卡措施,使盾构机成功脱困。Because of abrupt strata changing,the shield machine may be unable to move during tunneling.This article takes the Yangtze River shield tunneling construction of Second West to East Gas Pipeline Project for example,carries out the detailed analysis of shield machine stuck reasons,and researches the stuck freeing measures of increasing general power of the shield machine and regulating operational parameters.Finally,the shield machine stuck problem is successfully solved.
