摘　　要：在弹塑性分析单元本构关系的基础上对尿素合成塔有限元模型进行了弹塑性分析,开发了弹塑性数值模拟的通用程序并对结果进行了分析。结果表明,内衬层、盲板层及内筒之间间隙对应的深环焊缝焊趾部位首先发生局部屈服。The finite element of Multilayered Urea Reactor was studied on the basis of analytic unit constitutive relation to analyze elasto plasticity,and developed the generalized program to deal with the result of the numerical simulation.The analytical result indicated that local yielding occurred in the heavy weld toes indication jointed at the gaps that existed between inner liner,blinding plate layer and inner cylinder.
