摘　　要：以ADC12铝合金压铸轮毂为研究对象,用MAGMAsoft软件进行模流分析,研究在不同的浇道系统下,熔融金属的流动分布及铝合金凝固过程,预测填充过程中有可能发生的缺陷,找出最佳值,对压铸模设计具有一定的指导意义。Research on ADC12 aluminum alloy die-casting with the software of MAGMAsoft,discuss the molten distribution and dynamic solidification in different runner systems,predict the filling defects and find the best value.It has guiding significance to Die-casting production.
