摘　　要：针对传统的生产监控系统(PMC)成本较高,兼容性不强,以组态王6.5为平台,采用MC55通信模块,集组态技术、GPRS技术、无线网络通信技术和计算机测控技术于一体,提出了一种局域网络加工实时监控系统的设计方法,实现了实时监控、报警联网和远程监控管理功能。Due to the high cost of the traditional PMC and its less powerful compatibility,It took the kingview 6.5 as a platform and adopted the MC55 module.It included the configuration technology,the GPRS technology,the wireless network communications technology and the computer observation technology.It proposed one confined network by processing real-time monitoring system＇s design method,realized real-time monitors,the warning networking and long-distance monitoring management.
