摘 要:研究了温度(包括退火温度,测试温度)变化对Eu3+掺杂TiO2纳米颗粒的结构和光学性能的影响。结果表明:随着退火温度的升高,纳米颗粒的尺寸变大,Eu3+发光增强;而且当退火温度升到973 K时,纳米颗粒的形状由球状变成方形,并开始发生相变;此后Eu3+离子发光峰的强度随着温度升高明显减弱,与此同时生成了一个新的宽荧光峰(峰位在796 nm)。随着测试温度的降低,Eu3+离子发光强度逐渐减弱,宽荧光峰的强度明显增强。对上述现象的机理进行了讨论。The temperature(including annealing temperature and measurement temperature) effects on the structure and optical properties of Eu/TiO2 nanomaterials were studied.It was found that the particle size is increase with the annealing temperatures.The emission intensity of the Eu3+ ions increases with annealing temperature,but decreases when the annealing temperature is over 973 K.Meanwhile,a broad emission band ascribed to defect states associated with Ti3+ ions and oxygen vacancies is intensified with the increasing of annealing temperature.The fluorescence spectra at low measurement temperatures show that the emission intensity of the broad emission band is enhanced while the emission from Eu3+ ions is weaken with the decrease of annealing temperature.The mechanism was discussed in this paper.
