联合检测宫颈阴道分泌物中胎儿纤维蛋白和白细胞介素-8对预测早产的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨宫颈阴道分泌物中胎儿纤维蛋白(Fetal fibroneetin,FFN)和白细胞介素-8(Interleu-kin-8,IL-8)与早产的相关性。方法选择在本院诊断为先兆早产的孕妇40例为实验组,另选同期同孕龄的正常孕妇40例为对照组,并用酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)检测宫颈阴道分泌物中FFN和IL-8水平。结果实验组孕妇的宫颈阴道分泌物中FFN和IL-8均显著的高于对照组,并且先兆早产的"真"早产和"伪"早产孕妇的宫颈阴道分泌物中的FFN和IL-8之间也有显著的差异。结论孕妇的宫颈阴道分泌物中FFN和IL-8与早产具有相关性,且宫颈阴道分泌物中的FFN和IL-8有一定的关联。Objective To explore the relationship of premature delivery and fetal fibroneetin（FFN） and interleukin-8（IL-8） in cervical vaginal.Methods 40 cases of threatened premature delivery were selected as experimental group and other 40 cases of normal pregnancy as control group.And the levels of FFN and IL-8 in cervical vaginal were detected by ELISA.Results The levels of FFN and IL-8 in cervical vaginal in experimental group were significantly higher then those in control group,in addition,there were significant differences for the levels of FFN and IL-8 in cervical vaginal between ＂genuine＂ and ＂pseudo＂ threatened premature delivery.Conclusion The concentrations of FFN and IL-8 in cervical vaginal are highly correlated with the threatened premature delivery,and the level of FFN is correlated with the level of IL-8 in cervical vaginal.
