摘 要:北京市的消费市场一直保持稳定增长态势,北京市规划到"十二五"末期要达到世界城市的消费规模。随着旧城区人口的外迁疏解、规划新城的建设、郊区城镇化等所带来的大量新社区的建设以及旧社区的改造,加上城区交通拥堵问题的日益严重和全球高油价时代的来临等所引发的居民对购物便利性的关注,使得首都未来的社区商业市场潜力很大。不论是首都的商业企业还是政府相关部门,都应从战略的高度来对待大力发展首都社区商业这一问题。The consuming market in Beijing has maintained a steady growth,and Beijing local government plans to reach the consumption scale of world city by the end of the "12th-five-year Plan".There are abundant constructions of new communities and transformation of old communities such as the relocation of old city population,the construction of planning new city,the urbanization of suburban areas,etc.Besides,the growing problems of urban traffic congestion and global-wide high oil price have caused the residents to pay attention to the convenience of shopping,all of which lead to great potential for the future community commercial market in Beijing.No matter whether it is a commercial enterprise or a relevant government department,a strategic perspective should be given in handling with this problem for the development of community commerce in capital Beijing.
