摘　　要：美国档案职业资格认证主体是档案工作者资格认证学会(The Academyof Certified Archivists,ACA),它的建立及其职能的履行是在美国档案工作者协会(The Society of American Archivists,SAA)的推动下建立并发展起来的。本文希望通过对ACA的建立及其职能的发挥的分析中,对中国档案职业资格认证主体确立有所启示,提出中国档案学会是否可以在推动我国档案职业资格认证制度中起到主导作用的建议。The subject of American archival professioal certification is The Academy of Certified Archivists（ACA）,whose establishment and performance of functions are improving under the promotion of The Society of American Archivists（SAA）.This article describes the establishment of ACA and how to perform its functionos,make some suggestions for The Society of Chinese Archives（SCA） to play its major role in the promotion of Chinese archival professiona certification system.In order to bring some inspiration to the subject of Chinese archival professiona certification.
