摘 要:对萝芙木根中萝芙木碱的提纯与检测技术进行研究。利用萝芙木植物的根和皮为原料,对萝芙木碱的分离纯化过程进行了系统的研究,确立了固―液萃取、液―液萃取、等电点沉淀、甲醇重结晶提取萝芙木碱的优化方案,并用高效液相色谱法检测了萝芙木碱的含量。实验所得样品中萝芙木碱的含量不低于98%。结果表明该分离纯化技术生产成本低,操作简单,产物收率及纯度较高,可用于萝芙木碱的工业化生产。The purification and detection technology of rauvolfine from the Rauwolfia roots were studied.Rauwolfia roots and barks were used as materials,the separation and purification process of rauvolfine were carried on a systemic research.The optimization program was established by solid phase extraction,liquid-liquid extraction,isoelectric precipitation and methanol crystallization.Using high performance liquid chromatography method for detect the content of rauvolfine.The content of experimental samples rauvolfine not less than base 98%.The results show that the separation and purification technology has a low produce cost,simple operation,high yield and purity of the product,and it could be used for industrial production of rauvolfine.
