木贼水煎剂对脂肪肝大鼠糖、脂代谢紊乱的干预

摘　　要：研究木贼水煎剂对食饵性脂肪肝大鼠血脂、血糖及肝功能的影响。方法:选用雄性SD大鼠,随机分为正常对照组、病理模型组、阳性药对照组及木贼水煎剂组。复制食饵性脂肪肝大鼠动物模型,同时给予木贼水煎剂预防性给药,以吉非罗齐为阳性药对照。实验10周,检测各组大鼠血脂、空腹血糖(FBG)、肝功能及肝脏形态学变化。结果:木贼水煎剂组TC、TG明显低于模型组(P<0.05);血糖低于模型组(P<0.05);ALT较模型组显著降低(P<0.05),AST轻度下降(P>0.05)。结论:木贼具有调节脂肪肝大鼠代谢紊乱的作用。Objective: to study the effect of Muzei decoction on blood lipids,glucose and function of rats with prey fatty liver.Methods: male SD rats were randomly divived into control group,pathological model group,positive control group and Muzei decoction group.Model rats with prey fatty liver were established and administered with Muzei decoction for prevention with Gemfibrozil as the positive control group.The experiment lasted for 10 weeks followed by detection of lipids,FBG,function and morphological changes in liver of each group.Results: TC and TG in Muzei decoction group were signicantly lower than those in model group(P<0.05),blood glucose lower than model group(P<0.05);ALT decreased significantly(P<0.05) and AST slightly decreased(P>0.05).Conclusion: Muzei is capable of regulating the metabolic disorder of rats with fatty liver.
