医用生物胶在妇产科手术中的应用——附81例分析

摘　　要：目的 :观察医用生物胶在妇产科手术中止血 ,封闭瘘管及促进伤口愈合的作用。方法 :治疗组对 65例妇科手术创面大、渗血多的手术创面 ,对 8例肥胖患者的手术切口喷洒医用生物胶 ;对 8例会阴感染伤口瘘管注入生物胶 ,观察临床疗效 ,并与常规处理的对照组疗效进行比较。结果 :治疗组较对照组术中出血明显少 ,且治疗组的瘘管封闭所需时间短 ,肥胖患者的切口无渗液。结论 :医用生物胶是一种具有止血、封闭缺损组织、促进伤口愈合作用的生物制剂 ,可被组织吸收 。Objective:To evaluate the application of fibrin sealant (FS) in gynecology operations Methods:FS was used in 65 cases with big incisions having massive bleeding and 8 cases with incisions in obese patients. It was also injected into 8 fistulas Its effects on treatment group were compared with control group Results:Bleeding during operation was reduced and fistula was closed earlier in treatment group No exudation was found on incisions of obese patients Conclusion:FS helps stopping bleeding and promotes incision healing FS is also absorbable and has little side effects
