“皮癣净”凝胶剂的制备及其稳定性考察

摘　　要：优选"皮癣净"凝胶剂的基质组成,考查其稳定性。采用正交试验设计,以卡波姆940、中药配方、甘油和氮酮用量为因素,以凝胶剂的外观、耐热、耐寒和加速离心实验为考查指标,确定了主要基质的最佳组成。结果表明,"皮癣净"凝胶剂最佳处方为1.2%的卡波姆940,5%的主药,15%的甘油,4%的氮酮。凝胶剂外观颜色均匀,涂布性能优越,耐寒耐热试验均无变化,且在4 000r/min条件下离心100 min无分层现象。该制剂的制备工艺简单、制剂稳定。Composition of ＇Pixuanjing＇ gel was optimized and its stabilitywas evalueated.The screening process was investigated by the orthogonal design which related to the dosage of carbopol-940,traditional Chinese drug,glycerine and azone.The appearance,thermostability,chill stability and centrifug stabiity were used as the evaluation index.The results showed that the preparation of ＇Pixuanjing＇ gel was optimized as the follow： the concentrations of Carbopol-940,traditional Chinese drug,glycerine and azone were 1.2%,5%,15% and 4%,respectively.The product displayed a predominant spread property with uniform appearance and color.The changes of product were not observed after the thermostability,chill stability and centrifug stabiity tests.The preparation technology of product is simple and the gel has a good stability.
