摘  要:借助流体计算软件对某环管燃烧室内的热态流场进行了数值分析。气流的湍流流动采用Realizab lek-ε湍流模型进行模拟,用拉格朗日法跟踪油滴的轨迹,非预混PDF燃烧模型模拟气液两相的燃烧过程,辐射传热通过离散坐标模型来考虑。分析了气流流动规律、燃油液滴的运动轨迹、温度场的分布,获得了总压恢复系数、燃烧效率、燃烧室出口的径向温度分布系数等性能参数。计算结果可为环管燃烧室的优化设计提供参考。Thermal Field in the can annular combustor was numerically analysis by computational fluid software.Realizable k-ε model is adopted to the turbulence flow,the trail of the fuel droplets is calculated by the Lagrange law,non-premixed model is used to the two-phase combustion and the radiation is considered by the DO(discrete-ordinates) model.The flow regulation was analyzed as well as the trail of the fuel droplets,the temperature distribution by the calculation.The performance parameters ware obtained such as recovery coefficient of total pressure,combustion efficiency and radial distribution efficiency of temperature on exit.The results can provide important reference for the optimizing design of the can annular combustor.
