摘 要:研究了酶解木质素与二聚酸接枝共聚的工艺条件,探讨了不同引发剂、引发剂用量、反应温度和反应时间对接枝产率和接枝度的影响。用红外光谱分析了反应产物的结构。根据产物接枝度确定了最佳反应条件为:采用过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)和阳离子交换树脂732#(CER)为引发剂,其用量是木质素的5‰,二聚酸/木质素质量比为0.4,反应时间5 h,反应温度50℃。产率可达85%以上,接枝率接近10%。The condensation of enzymatic hydrolysis lignin(EHL) with dimer acid(DA) was reported in this article.The influences of some factors on the yield and graft degree were investigated,including the type and concentration of the initiators,mass ratio of EHL and DA,temperature and condensation time.The structure of condensed polymer was characterized by FI-IR.According to the condensation efficiency,the optimum conditions for the condensation were as follows: initiator BPO(benzoyl peroxide)/CER(cation exchange resin) with a quantity 5‰,DA/EHL(mass fraction) 0.4,reaction time 5 h and temperature at 50℃.The yield and percent grafting were respectively obtained more than 86% and 10%.
