摘 要:针对串联谐振感应加热逆变电源恒频移相功率调节方式零压开关区域小、效率低的缺点,本文提出了恒频不对称电压消除法功率调节方式,详细分析了其工作原理,对比了两种调功方式的零压开关区域,推导了四个开关管为零压开关的开关频率解析表达式,指出只要开关频率大于谐振频率,采用恒频移相功率调节方式的串联谐振逆变电源至少有三个开关管始终工作在零压状态,理论分析和仿真结果表明恒频不对称电压消除法零压开关频率区域大,开关损耗小,效率高。The series resonant inverter power source for induction heating has small zero voltage switch frequency range and low power efficiency while adopting the constant frequency shif-phase power modulation method.In order to overcome these defects,the constant frequency asymmetrical voltage-elimination power modulation method is proposed,its operation principle is analyzed in detail,and the zero voltage switch frequency area of two power modulation methods is compared.It is deduced that analytic expression of switch frequency when four switches are zero voltage switches.It is also pointed out that the series resonant induction heating inverter power source which adopting constant frequency shift-phase power modulation method has at least three switches always working at zero voltage state.The theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the series resonant inverter power source has wide zero voltage switch frequency range,high efficiency and low switch loss by using the constant frequency asymmetrical voltage-elimination power modulation method.
