摘 要:升船机作为船只过坝的重要方式之一,不仅需要在正常工况中安全稳定得运行,而且在发生紧急故障停机时,故障原因能被快速准确地找出并分析,便于尽快重新投入正常运行。本文以升船机主提升控制系统事件顺序记录(SOE)功能为例,针对一般秒级分辨率事件记录功能无法区分时间非常接近的故障信号先后次序的缺点,提出了毫秒级分辨率SOE功能的解决方案,并从硬件和软件两个方面详细阐述了SOE功能的设计与实现过程。Shiplift is a modern alternative way for vessels to go through the dam with safety and stability in normal service.The system have to be able to identify and analyze the cause of the malfunction in order to re-operate as soon as possible when the emergency events occurs sequence of event(SOE) function is an important tool for helping the maintenance staff to supervise and repair the system,and it is widely used in main hoisting control system of shiplift.However,when its record unit is in second,there is a high probability that it isn't able to distinguish the appearance order of events.That's why in this paper,the SOE in function of millisecond-record is proposed.Its conception and implementation will be detailed both in hardware and in software.
