摘 要:通过pH值、温度、γ射线等因素对柞蚕抗菌素的活性影响,研究柞蚕抗菌素稳定性。试验证明,柞蚕抗菌素对在70~100℃之间,随着温度升高活性降低,100℃、30 m in仍有一定活性,但110℃、30 m in活性消失。柞蚕抗菌素在pH 2~12范围内皆有一定活性,在pH 5~9之间抗菌活性最高。柞蚕抗菌素对一定强度范围内的γ-射线相对稳定,γ-射线的强度高时对活性有影响,γ-射线的强度不宜超过25KGY、38 cm、18 h。The study concerns the stability of tussah antibiotic by testing the influence of different factors on its activity,such as PH value,temperature and γ-ray.Evidences from lots of experiment show that tussah antibiotic has strong adaptability to temperature,from 70℃ to100℃,the activity decreases continuously with the temperature getting higher,which can be kept as long as 30 min under 100℃,but lost in no longer than 30 min when the temperature is 110℃.Suitable interval of PH value for tussah antibiotic is quit wide,it keeps active when the PH is 2-12,and the highest activity comes when the PH is 5-9.Tussah antibiotic is relatively stable in certain γ-ray intensity.When making γ-ray disinfection to products added with tussah antibiotic,the intensity shouldn't exceed 25KGY、38cm、18h.
