摘  要:针对安全系数法在主蒸汽受压管道壁厚设计中的不足,建立了受压管道所受应力与其强度之间的可靠性模型,提出了受压管道壁厚的设计方法,推导了其可靠性设计的计算公式。以某电厂主蒸汽管道壁厚的设计为例,示范了该公式的使用方法,并分析了壁厚与可靠性、压力之间的关系。该方法为管道的安全、经济的设计提供了理论依据。Aiming at the Shortage of the safety coefficient method on the design of the wall thickness of the compressed pipe,its model of reliability was established between the stress and strength,a design method was proposed for the wall thickness of the compressed pipe,and its designing formula of reliability was derived.Taken a power plant for example,the wall thickness of the main steam pipe was designed,the use of the formula was demonstrated,and the relationship of wall pressure and reliability with thickness was analyzed.The method provides a security and economy theoretical basis for the design of the pipe.
