摘  要:针对大型汽轮机组本体系统结构复杂、监测参数复杂多样难以评价其状态的问题,提出了多级模糊综合评价的汽轮机本体状态评价模型。该模型建立在层次划分的基础之上,综合了设备运行参数、在线监测参数和点检数据,成功实现了对汽轮机本体从子系统到系统的各层次上的状态评价。实例表明,该模型可行有效,评价结果可为下一步维修决策提供依据。Aiming at large-size steam turbine proper is difficult to evaluate its condition because of its structure is complex and its monitoring parameters are complicated and various,a model of multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is firstly proposed.The model is based on hierarchical division.By fully using operating parameters,on-line condition monitoring parameters and spot inspection data,t he condition evaluation of steam turbine proper from subsystem to system is implemented successfully.It is shown by the instance that this model is feasible an effective,the evaluated results can be used as a support in making maintenance decisions.
