摘　　要：采用问卷调查等方法,对北京、河北两地7所独立学院体育教师现状进行调查与分析。了解和掌握现有独立学院在体育教师方面存在的优势和不足,为搞好独立学院的体育教学提供理论依据,提高体育教学质量和教学效果。Investigate and analyze the status of PE teachers in seven independent colleges of Beijing and Hebei province by using questionnaire and other methods.Understand and grasp the advantages and disadvantages about the PE teachers in the current independent college in order to provide theoretical basis for doing a good job of PE teaching in the independent college and improve PE teaching quality and effectiveness.
