摘  要:辊模拉拔设备在无后张力情况下,生产的扁丝减面率变化大,直线性不稳定,成品扁丝表面质量不好,对辊模、机架、特别是轴承的损伤比较大。针对上述问题,设计过线轮直径为200 mm的后张力系统,并对原设备进行改进。试验结果表明,后张力对被加工材料的减面率有明显影响,在高度减小率相近的情况下,张力越大,扁丝减面率也越大;在相同后张力的作用下,碳素钢丝的减面率大于不锈钢丝;2道次辊模拉拔后扁丝的平均减面率略小于单道次拉拔的平均减面率。成品扁钢丝的直线性得到明显改善,扁钢丝的尺寸公差稳定,表面质量提高,辊模使用寿命增加。When there is no back tensioning,the area reduction ratio of flat wire produced by roller die drawing machine changes large,linearity is instable,surface quality of finished flat wire is not good,the damage to roller,frame,especially bearing is larger.Aiming at the problems,the back tensioning system of wire wrapping sheave diameter 200 mm is designed,the former device is improved.Results show that back tensioning has obvious influence on area reduction ratio of processed material.While the height reduction ratio is almost the same,tension is higher,flat wire area reduction ratio is larger.In the influence of same back tensioning,the area reduction ratio of carbon steel wire is larger than that of stainless steel wire.The average area reduction ratio of flat wire back two pass roller wire drawing is smaller than that of single pass wire drawing slightly,the linearity of finished flat wire is improved obviously,the size and tolerance of flat wire is stable,surface quality is good,service life of roller is increased.
