金属离子捕捉剂在酸洗废水处理中的应用

摘　　要：金属制品企业生产过程产生的废水中含有金属离子和残留酸等有害物质,其处理方法有化学法、高压脉冲电解法、离子交换法和生物法等。将采用传统化学加碱(NaOH)沉淀法与采用金属离子捕捉剂除铁效果进行比较,结果表明金属离子捕捉剂较加碱沉淀除铁效果好,可将废水中铁离子完全去除,但同样产生铁化合物沉淀等二次污染物。采用循环伏安法探讨含有DTCR和JH116金属离子捕捉剂的废水中铁离子的电沉积过程,并对实验结果进行讨论,当添加10 mL DTCR后,在伏安曲线上出现了一对较为明显的还原/氧化电流峰,电极表面同时迅速析出一层黑色薄膜,表明金属离子捕捉剂的添加促进了废液中铁离子的电沉积。There are harmful substances as metal ions and acid residual in waste water during metal products enterprises production process,which can be treated by methods like chemical method,electrolysis method,ion exchange method,biology method,etc.Comparing with traditional method of alkali（NaOH） precipitation and metal ions capture agent to deiron,the later one is better,which can completely get rid of ions in waste water,but also produces iron content etc.secondary pollutant.By using cyclic voltammetry method to discuss electrodeposition of iron ions in waste water which contains DTCR and JH116 metal ions capture agent,and discuss the result.After adding 10 ml DTCR,there＇s a clear deoxidation/oxidation current peak on volt-ampere curve,and a layer of black film deposited on the surface of electrode.The addition of metal ions caprure agent promoted the electrodeposition of iron ions in pickling waste water.
