钢丝绳术语标准中缺陷分类的探讨

摘　　要：克服钢丝绳结构、生产制造、使用与维护中的各种缺陷,是提高钢丝绳实物质量和使用寿命的关键。结合有关技术标准,按照产生过程对影响钢丝绳使用性能和寿命的缺陷进行分类,应分为结构缺陷、制造缺陷和使用缺陷。结构缺陷是影响钢丝绳实物质量、实际使用寿命的内因;制造缺陷和使用缺陷是外因,是钢丝绳生产制造者和使用者应关注的焦点。通过国内外钢丝绳的应用实例对缺陷进行分析,并提出应对措施,以期引起对钢丝绳缺陷分类的关注与讨论,用于指导钢丝绳生产与应用。The key point of improving wire rope＇s quality and service life is to overcome all defects of wire rope structure,manufacture,usage and maintenance.There are structure defect,manufacture defect and usage defect,which are classified by wire rope＇s usage performance and service life＇s defects with relevant technical standard.Structure defect is the internal cause of effecting wire rope＇s quality and service life;manufacture defect and usage defect are the external cause,which wire rope manufacture and user should focus on them.To analyze the defect by domestic and home wire rope application cases,and raise the solutions,which wish more discussion on wire rope defect classification and apply on advising wire rope＇s production and application.
