摘 要:为了解布料过程中炉料偏析程度的变化规律,在实验室条件下通过高炉炉顶的缩小模型进行了溜槽角度、溜槽转速、料线高度、批重大小、节流阀开度对炉料偏析程度影响的单因素实验研究。实验结果表明:当溜槽角度较小时,炉料的偏析程度较小且保持稳定,角度较大时偏析程度会陡然增大;炉料的偏析程度随着溜槽转速的增大是呈先减小后增大的变化趋势;随着料线高度的增加,炉料偏析程度呈加剧趋势;节流阀开度的增大使炉料的偏析程度减小;而随着批重的增加偏析指数先增加后减小。For studying the regularity of segregation of the burden during the charging, single-factor experiments were carried out at laboratory using a reduced scale model of the top part of the bell-less furnace. The effects of different chute angle, chute rotating speed, stock line height, batch weight and the throttle opening on segregation of the burden were studied. The results showed that the segregation of the burden was lighter when chute angle was small, and the segregation degree would increase dramatically when chute angle got bigger, segregation of burden got slight firstly and then great, when chute rotating speed got bigger, the segregation got greater with a rise of stock line height, the segregation became greater along with the throttle opening became bigger, and segregation of burden got heavier firstly then got lighter when the batch weight become bigger.
