摘 要:2008年5月(春天)和2009年3月(冬天)分别对南麂列岛大柴屿潮间带进行了大型海藻调查,鉴定出大型海藻4门33属44种,其中红藻门25种,褐藻门10种,绿藻门8种,蓝藻门1种.南麂列岛大柴屿大型海藻主要为暖温性藻类,占藻类总种数的77.8%,其次为亚热带性藻类,占17.8%,冷温性藻类最少,占4%,调查未发现冷水性藻类.南麂列岛大柴屿潮间带大型海藻具有明显的垂直分带现象,春季46.43%、冬季48.89%的调查种类分布在低潮带,其中包括一些中潮带延伸种类,中、低潮带的海藻组成相似性值为0.57,高、中潮带相似性值为0.22,高、低潮带之间没有共有种.优势种有海萝(Gloiopeltis furcata)、无柄珊瑚藻(Corallina sessilis)、羊栖菜(Sargassum fusiforme)、鼠尾藻(Sargassum thunbergii)、坛紫菜(Porphyra haitanensis)、铁钉菜(Ishige okamurai)、羽状凹顶藻(Laurencia pinnata)、粗枝软骨藻(Chondria crassicaulis)、花石莼(Ulva congllobata).比较1988年孙建璋等在南麂列岛的本底调查资料发现,海藻多样性明显下降.Two ecological surveys of macroalgae were carried in May 2008 and March 2009 on the Dachai Island of Nanji Archipelago.A total of 44 species of macroalgae belonging to 33 genera of 4 phyla are identified,of which 25 species are red algae,10 species are brown algae,8 species are green algae and 1 species are blue algae.The macroalgae in Dachai Island of Nanji Archipelago are mainly warm-temperate species,accounting for the total number of species of algae 77.8%,followed by sub-tropical nature of algae,accounting for 17.8%,and finally to a small number of cold-temperate species,accounting for 4 percent.In this research,no cold water algae species were found.The sublittoral area of Nanji Archipelago show obvious vertical zoning character,46.43% in spring and 48.89% in the winter of sampled species are from low-tide zone,and some are extended from mid-tide zone to low-tide zone.The composition comparability between mid-tide and low-tide species is found to be 0.57,and 0.22 between high-tide and mid-tide,respectively.No identical species are observed in the interval between high-tide and low-tide.The most diverse algae in genera in the intertidal zone are found in low tidal zone(31 species),followed by medium tidal zone(27 species),the least are in high tidal zone(7 species).Dominant species are Gloiopeltis furcata,Corallina sessilis,Sargassum fusiforme,Sargassum thunbergii,Porphyra haitanensis,Ishige okamurai,Laurencia pinnata,Chondria crassicaulis and Ulva congllobata.Based on previous findings in background survey around Nanji Archipelago,compared to the macroalgae derived from SU Jian-zhang and so on(1988),it shows that the diversity has been gradually declined and the degradation of resources has been significant
