摘  要:探讨了用长爪沙鼠建立日本血吸虫病动物模型.实验方法为采用腹部贴片法感染血吸虫尾蚴,每只沙鼠感染(120±2)条尾蚴,于5周后解剖,做病理观察.结果表明:肝脏表面出现粟白色虫卵结节,肝脏和肠壁HE染色后观察到虫卵肉芽肿产生.因此认为采用长爪沙鼠可成功建立日本血吸虫病感染模型,为实验研究血吸虫防治奠定基础.To establish models for Schistosoma japonicum infection found in animals with gerbil mice,the methods are introduced in this paper.The worm infection of Schistosoma japonicum is established in gerbil mice cutaneosly with(120±2) cercariae/mouse,which are anatomized after 5-week infection.The results indicate that the nodules on the surface of liver can be observed,and the eosinophilic abscess has been found in liver and intestinal paranchymal tissues with H.E.staining.This research is considered successful in that it establishes the animal models for schistosomiasis in gerbil mice,which is expected to provide the basis for control of experimental schistosomiasis.
