高效毛细管电泳测定黄连配伍阿胶中黄连生物碱的含量

摘　　要：应用高效毛细管电泳测定黄连及黄连配伍阿胶药对中的黄连生物碱含量，保留时间在１５～２５ｍｉｎ之间，内标物是马钱子碱，缓冲液为００５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ的四硼酸钠（ｐＨ＝７０）、甲醇（８５∶１５），实验结果表明，药对中黄连生物碱含量下降。To assay the contents of coptisine respectively in Huanglian and the medicinal pair Huanglian with Ejiao through high efficiency capillary electrophoresis. Taking 15 25 minutes as reserving time, strychnine as internal labeling, and 0.05M sodium tetraborate (ph=7.0): methanol (85:15) as balanced solution. Results showed that the content of coptisine in the medicinal pair decreased.
