12种广东地产清热解毒药材的抗炎作用研究

摘　　要：目的观察12种广东地产清热解毒药水提物同一剂量时的抗炎作用,为抗炎药物的临床开发与应用提供可靠的实验依据。方法用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀,用醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高,对小鼠连续7 d通过灌胃给予药物(生药)16 g/kg。结果 12种药物中,山芝麻、水杨梅、青天葵、火炭母、岗梅根、三角草均能明显抑制小鼠耳廓肿胀,并对小鼠毛细血管通透性增高具有显著的抑制作用;广东土牛膝、蛇鳞草、金盏银盘能明显抑制小鼠耳廓肿胀;三丫苦、救必应、蛇泡对小鼠毛细血管通透性增高具有显著的抑制作用;12种药物对胸腺和脾脏没有显著的影响。结论山芝麻、水杨梅、青天葵、火炭母、岗梅根、三角草、广东土牛膝、蛇鳞草、金盏银盘对变质性炎症有抗炎作用,山芝麻、水杨梅、青天葵、火炭母、岗梅根、三角草、三丫苦、救必应、蛇泡对浆液性炎症有抗炎作用。这12种药物对特异性免疫功能没有显著增强作用。Objective To compare the anti-inflammatory effects of the water-solubility extracts of 12 Guangdong native heat-clearing and detoxicating herbs at the same dose（16 g/kg） and to provide the reliable experimental basis for clinical application and development.Methods The models of xylene-induced mouse ear edema in mice and capillary permeability increase induced with acetic acid in mice were used to observe the anti-inflammatory effects of 12 Guangdong native heat-clearing and detoxicating herbs.Results The extracts were intragastrically given to mice at the dose of 16 g/kg for continuous 7 d.Helicteres angustifolia L.,Adina rubella Hance,Nervilia plicata（Andr.）Schltr.,Polygonum chinense L.,Ilex asprella（Hook.et Arn.） Champ.ex Benth.Chlorophytum laxum R.Br.could obviously inhibit xylene-induced mouse ear edema and capillary permeability increase induced with acetic acid in mice.Eupatorium chinense L.,Rubus parvifolius Linn,Bidens biternata（Lour.） Merr.et Scherff.could remarkably inhibit xylene-induced mouse ear edema.Melicope pteleifolia（champ.ex Benth.） T.G.Hartley,Ilex rotunda Thunb.,Rubus parvifolius Linn.could obviously inhibit capillary permeability increase induced with acetic acid.The 12 herbs had no significant effect on thymus and spleen had.Conclusion Helicteres angustifolia L.,Adina rubella Hance,Nervilia plicata（Andr.）Schltr.,Polygonum chinense L.,Ilex asprella（Hook.et Arn.） Champ.ex Benth.Chlorophytum laxum R.Br.can,Eupatorium chinense L.,Rubus parvifolius Linn,Bidens biternata（Lour.） Merr.et Scherff.have anti-inflammatory effects for deteriorating inflammation,Helicteres angustifolia L.,Adina rubella Hance,Nervilia plicata（Andr.）Schltr.,Polygonum chinense L.,Ilex asprella（Hook.et Arn.） Champ.ex Benth.Chlorophytum laxum R.Br.Can,Melicope pteleifolia（champ.ex Benth.） T.G.Hartley,Ilex rotunda Thunb.,Rubus parvifolius Linn have anti-inflammatory effects for serous inflammation.The 12 herbs have no enhancement on specific immune function.
