摘　　要：目的建立测定双黄连注射液中连翘苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用Agilent Technologies Zorbax Extend-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(25∶75),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为277 nm,柱温为30℃。结果连翘苷质量浓度在80.00～200.00μg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.999 4),平均加样回收率为95.83%,RSD=4.02%(n=6)。结论该方法简便易行、结果准确可靠,可用于测定双黄连注射液中连翘苷的含量。Objective To set up a HPLC method for the determination of forsythin content in Shuanghuanglian injection.Methods The Agilent Technologies Zorbax Extend-C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） was adopted.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water（25 ∶75）.The column temperature was 30 ℃,the detection wavelength was 277 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.Results The mass concentration of forsythin in the range of 80.00-200.00 μg/mL showed the good linear relation with the integral quantity of the peak area（r=0.999 4）.The average recovery rate of forsythin was 95.83%,RSD=4.02%（n=6）.Conclusion The method is simple,convenient,accurate and reliable,which is suitable for assaying the forsythin content in shuanghuanglian injection.
